Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping (USA): 3–5 business days
• Expedited Shipping (USA): 2–3 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number.

Currently, we ship within the United States.

Damaged or Lost Packages

AlmaVibe is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
